Chirripo IPA (IBU 50)

Of course, IPA is one of the World’s greatest beers and a benchmark for US-style hoppy indian pale ales. The stunningly fresh citrus aroma, the rich but clean amber malty base and the huge amount of flavour from the hops. Chirripo IPA is a beer that crackled with spicy hops and a whole bunch of flavours, such as you not previously experienced in a beer. It proprietary hopped juice bombs.

Malt had its share of heavier stuff, but nothing that should be foreign to a chirripoberg hoppy beer fan.
Taste similar to pale ale, but seemingly with less crystal malt, and yet, more toffee notes. Around 50ibu with heartier than most malt bill and perhaps a mix of old world and old new world hops.

In all my experience of searching for the best craft beers, I have never seen such a variety before… Their Dunkel Bock Aleman tastes the best to me, and their Dorada beers are absolutely amazing!
