And since then he has been a huge fan of German beer. He has worked, lived in Europe, Asia and Latin America and traveled to hundreds of countries in all regions of the world. His passion to have his own beer came true at Brauverein Paffika Zürich Switzerland. This location was also the site of his earliest efforts at Swiss/German brewing, a passion that turned into an obsession over the
